1. No Fiduciary or Advisory Relationship
No communication from ArchiTraderTech, whether via email, dashboard notifications, or support tickets, constitutes investment, financial, or trading advice. You make all decisions independently regarding which strategies to copy, when to start or pause copying, and how much capital to deposit with your broker.
2. Non-Custodial Safeguard
Client capital resides at all times in accounts held with your regulated broker (Deriv or Weltrade). ArchiTraderTech never takes deposit of client trading capital, holds trading accounts as custodian, or possesses unilateral withdrawal authority.
