1. Information We Collect
We collect your email address, full name, country of residence, and transactional logs relating to your platform wallet. For Weltrade clients, trading credentials are encrypted using hardware security keys and are never accessible to customer support staff.
2. How Information is Used
Your information is used solely to authenticate your account, replicate authorized trades to your broker account, generate monthly financial statements, and satisfy anti-fraud / AML compliance requirements.
3. Data Retention & Revocation
When you disconnect your broker account, your credentials are automatically scrubbed from memory and deleted from the vault. Financial transaction ledgers and audit records are retained as required by financial auditing regulations.
